# Domotz Cross-site menu

Domotz provides multiple ways to access your networks and the devices you're monitoring.

- The **[Sidebar Menu](#D1)** allows you to access all the main views in the Domotz App
- The **[Sites Explorer](#D3)** view provides you with an overview of all your sites and the key information pertaining them. Additionally, it links to each agent dashboard.
- The [**Inventory**](#D2) view allows you to search and manage sites and devices.
- The **[Agent Dashboard](#D4)**shows tiles with links to the main features available for the selected site. 

## The Sidebar Menu

The sidebar Menu gives you quick access to the main features and configuration settings on Domotz.

Navigation Panel Overview in Software Interface

1. **Sites Explorer**: Access and manage different sites.
2. **Inventory**: View and organize your inventory items.
3. **Monitoring Dashboards**: Monitor and analyze dashboard metrics.
4. **Alerts Settings**: Currently enabled. Customize alert preferences.
5. **Integrations**: Manage and configure external integrations.
6. **Account**: Access account details and settings, with the current account shown as "support-l.allori-...".

Collapsed view:

1. At the top, a logo or icon representing the application.
2. Below, a globe icon for accessing the homepage or dashboard.
3. Next, an icon resembling a cube, likely for navigating to project or workspace sections.
4. A document icon for accessing reports or files.
5. A bell icon for notifications or alerts.
6. A speech bubble icon for messaging or comments.
7. At the bottom, a refresh icon, possibly for syncing or updating content.

And is divided into two main sections: the Inventory section (at the top), and the Setup section (just under the Inventory one).

The **Inventory**section section contains the following:

- Inventory
- Monitoring Dashboards

The **Setup**section contains the following:

- Alert Settings
- Integrations
- Accounts

## Inventory Section

### Sites Explorer

On this page you can quickly sort, filter and visualize multiple sites and go to the Agent you wish to interact with.

Site Management Interface with Status Overview

1. The left panel displays the "Sites Explorer" view. Use the search bar at the top to filter sites.
2. Below, there is a summary showing the total number of sites, a sorting option by name, and an "Add Site" link.
3. The list shows 16 sites, categorized by health status: 1 healthy, 5 with issues, and 10 down.
4. Two sections are highlighted: "Inactive agents" and "Pending Collaboration Request," with options to review or manage them.
5. The site list includes details for each site: name, status (online or offline), and the number of active agents. For example, "Depretis Raspberry Testing" is offline for 8 days, and "Draper Agent (Testing)" has 1 security issue found.
6. The right side displays a map centered on the United States, with a highlighted marker in Los Angeles, indicating a site location.
7. An area for a customizable logo is located in the top right corner of the map.

The number of "Offline/Important Devices" is listed in the "Site & Status" section to the right of the agent's name.

Sites Explorer Dashboard Overview

1. The dashboard header shows "Sites Explorer" with options to filter sites by text, sort by "by Name," and an "Add Site" button.
2. Below, a status summary shows the number of sites: 0 Healthy, 2 with Issues, and 14 Down.
3. A section lists sites with their statuses. "synod6Agent" is listed with 16 issues out of 33 total. "windowsAgent" displays "31 Security issues found" with 8 issues out of 12 total.
4. The sidebar contains navigation options: "Sites Explorer," "Inventory," "Monitoring Dashboards," "Alerts Settings" (enabled), "Integrations," and "Account."

**Important Offline Devices:** By clicking on it, you will be taken to a list of devices filtered by Important devices that are offline:

1. **Sites Explorer Section**: Use the text box at the top to filter sites by name or status.
2. **Site Status Overview**: Displays the number of sites categorized as Healthy, with Issues, or Down. Healthy: 0, Issues: 2, Down: 14.
3. **Site List**: Focus on two listed sites:
   - **synod6Agent**: Shows a status of 16 issues, out of a possible total of 33.
   - **windowsAgent**: Indicates that 31 security issues have been found, with 8 issues currently active out of a total of 12.
4. **Navigation Panel**: Options available include Inventory, Monitoring Dashboards, Alerts Settings (enabled), Integrations, and Account management.

**Important Devices:** forwards you to a device list that is filtered by important devices that are both online and offline:

1. Navigate to the Sites Explorer section.
2. Use the search bar to filter sites if needed.
3. Check the status boxes showing numbers of Healthy, Issues, and Down sites.
4. Locate "synod6Agent" with a status indicating 16 out of 33 possible active issues.
5. Below, "windowsAgent" displays 8 out of 12 issues.

Review these status indicators to identify and address site issues efficiently.

The location of an Agent on the map is based on the address provided in the [Customer Management tile](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/customer-management/). If the address is not provided, the system uses the Agent coordinates automatically detected via ip-geolocation, which might not be always accurate.

#### The Agent Dashboard

Pisa Lab Dashboard Overview

1. The dashboard shows "Pisa Lab" as online with the IP address 192.168.0.56.
2. Displays "7 important devices Offline" in red.
3. Devices List: 24 All Devices, 6 Devices Online.
4. Network Performance: Download speed is 73.93 Mb/s, Upload speed is 21.17 Mb/s.
5. Network Security: Indicates 5 potential issues found.
6. Access Management: 1 Team Member and 3 External Collaborators are listed.
7. Alerts Settings: 1 Personal alert and 0 Shared alerts.
8. Customer Management: Lists a customer with the email a@b.com.
9. Logging & Reports: Option to get reports and log activities.
10. Manufacturer Support: Contains an option for getting help.
11. The sidebar includes icons for navigation tasks such as home, settings, and notifications.

The Agent site dashboard contains tiles with some basic information. which provide quick access to areas of the app. 

##### Important devices

Shows the status of the important devices and highlights if any of them are offline. Selecting this tile takes you to a detailed list of all your important devices as well as all features explained the [Automated Discovery and Inventory](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/automated-discovery-inventory/) section.

##### Devices List

Shows the total number of devices and the number of devices that are online. Selecting this tile takes you to a page containing a list of all the devices (or just the online ones if clicking on online) on your network as well as all features explained in the [Automated Discovery and Inventory](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/automated-discovery-inventory/) section and [Device Management Overview](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/device-management-overview/) section.

##### Network Performance

Shows the results of the last speed test performed showing upload and download rate. Selecting this tile takes you to all network related tools explained in the [Network Performance](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/network-performance/)section.

##### Alerts Settings

Shows the number of standard or custom alerts that have been configured. Selecting this tile takes you to the Alert Manager described in the [Network Alerts](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/network-alerts/) and [Device Alerts](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/device-alerts/) sections.

##### Access Management (only available to the license owner / team master)

Shows the number of people, outside your team, that have been granted access to your agent or have  pending permission to do so. Selecting this tile takes you to the collaboration page described in the [Access Management](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/access-management/)section.

##### ZigBee (BETA Only available to users that have a Control4 controller)

Provides monitoring details for Control4 devices connected to your network via ZigBee enabled protocol (Please note we do not have any specific agreements with Control4 or any 3rd party manufacturers or providers for this monitoring and it is provided on an as-is basis). Selecting this tile takes you to the ZigBee page described in the [Zigbee monitoring (via Control4™)](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/zigbee-monitoring-via-control4/)section. 

##### Cresnet (Only available to users that have a supported Cresnet controller)

Provides monitoring details for devices connected to your network via the Cresnet Hubs. Selecting this tile takes you to the Cresnet page described in the [Cresnet™ Monitoring](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/cresnet-monitoring/).‍

##### Customer Management

Shows the site details of the customer to whom this Agent belongs. More details can be found in the [Customer Management](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/customer-management/) section.

##### Logging & Reports

Displays last remote connections made to devices, power activities on devices, any notes added, and when Agent alerts are disabled/enabled. Allows you to generate a report covering the previous 30 days of activity on the Domotz Agent or the snapshot with all the devices discovered by the Domotz Agent. ##### Manufacturer Support (Only available to users of certain partner Manufacturer devices)

Allows you to share your Agent access with the various hardware manufacturers that offer partner support with Domotz (e.g. Luxul). More details can be found in  the [Manufacturer Support](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/manufacturer-support/) section.

##### Network Security

Provides proactive scanning for TCP and UPnP Ports, identifying the open ports and sending alerts in case of detected issues. More details in the [Network Security Scans](https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/network-security-scans/) section.

##### D-Tools (when enabled at account level)

Allows user to import data from D-Tools projects directly into Domotz Pro using an API-Key provided by D-Tools.

### Inventory

One of the most exciting features we've recently launched is the new **Inventory view**.

This view allows you to:

- Search across all agents and devices in an account
- Select multiple agents or devices to edit and apply common properties and settings
- Export the settings of a chosen device
- Import and apply settings to multiple devices
- Delete selected devices
- Add/Edit Agents Customer details in order to manage Agents grouped by Customer
