This guide applies only to the B-12 model.
To factory reset a Domotz Box, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the box from the power supply.
2. Put a pin in the reset pin-hole of the Box as shown below.
3. Keep the reset button pressed.
4. Plug back the power.
5. Keep the reset button pressed for an additional 20 seconds.
The entire factory reset will take around 15-20 minutes. Once done, proceed with the unit activation. To do so, connect locally to the unit on port 3000 through a browser (listening for Domotz Agent – http://<IP_Address>:3000) or use the Domotz Pro app.
