New Features & Improvements

AI Agent

  • Redesigned AI Agent chat — A cleaner look, with results shown as tables, data cards, charts, and status badges. See each step as the AI Agent works, resize the chat dock, and browse recent chats by day.
  • More control over conversations — Stop an answer midway, rate answers, and keep typing while an approval is pending. Approval requests show the devices and Collectors involved and when they expire, and failed questions show a clear reason with a Try again option.
  • Improved reliability — Tool errors now appear in the chat, and interactive forms stay visible after a reload or when reopening a conversation.

RBAC & Organizations

  • Field Operators keep their access when you enable RBAC — Enabling RBAC now moves your Field Operators over automatically with their current Collector access. Previously they lost all access and had to be set up again by hand, so you can now switch to RBAC without disrupting your field team.
  • Per-Collector permissions — You can now choose exactly which Collectors a role can delete, clear data from, or set devices to Managed or Unmanaged on, instead of granting these actions across all Collectors. Bulk actions skip any items outside a user’s permissions and show how many were skipped.
  • Simpler Dashboards access — The separate Dashboards page permission has been removed. Users who can see at least one dashboard now see Dashboards in the menu automatically, and it stays hidden for everyone else.

Drivers

  • Consistent driver setup for every device — When a device has no drivers yet, the Apply Drivers to Device action now opens the Add Driver panel, so your first driver is set up the same way as any other.

Interface

  • Sharper dark mode and more predictable dialogs — Form controls and buttons now stand out clearly in dark mode, and dialogs behave the same way everywhere, with a close button wherever you can click away.

Coming Soon

The following are in development and not yet available.

  • Credential Manager — A new page will list all your stored credentials in one searchable, filterable table. You’ll be able to clone or delete credentials and see which Collectors and devices use them.
  • Maintenance Windows — You’ll be able to schedule maintenance windows that hold back alerts for the Collectors and devices they cover during planned work, and manage them all in one place.

Bug Fixes

Notifications

  • Fixed: Alert push notifications now word recoveries clearly (for example, “back up” no longer reads as “backup”) and include more detail.
  • Fixed: When switched into another account, the Alerts page no longer shows a Personal Alerts tab. Personal alerts are managed from your own account.

Monitoring

  • Fixed: Collector reports that include device uptime now generate efficiently, keeping reports and dashboards responsive on large accounts.
  • Fixed: In the mobile app, the Add a Note window in Reports & Logging now shows the Submit button in both portrait and landscape.

Integrations

  • Fixed: Switching accounts no longer triggers a failed Marketplace request.

Device Management

  • Fixed: Online and Offline cards in a Collector’s device list now respect the selected subnet or External Hosts.
  • Fixed: Opening Important Offline Devices from Inventory > Collectors now shows the Collector’s filtered device list instead of a blank page.
  • Fixed: Applying credentials to multiple ONVIF cameras at once from Setup Review now works as expected.

RBAC & Organizations

  • Fixed: Users with a newly created role now see Dashboards in the side menu whenever they have access to at least one dashboard.

Topology

  • Fixed: FortiSwitch uplink and downstream links carried over FortiLink trunk ports now appear in the topology map.
