Log into the Meraki administrative interface:
1 – Select the network you want to enable SNMP
2 – Click on Network-wide
3 – Click on General
4 – Scroll down to Reporting and enable SNMP V1/V2c (community string) or V3 (username/passwords)
5 – Set either, the community string or the username and password.
Configure SNMP Settings in Cisco Meraki Dashboard
1. In the left navigation menu, select "Network" and choose "domotz_US."
2. Click on "Network-wide" from the same menu.
3. Under the "Monitor" section, select "General" from the drop-down menu.
4. In the "Reporting" section, locate "SNMP access" and choose "V1/V2c (community string)" from the drop-down options.
5. Input "12345678" into the "SNMP community string" field to set the community string.
If using SNMPv3, Cisco Meraki devices will use SHA for authentication and DES for privacy, with the configured password used for both:

1. In the "SNMP access" dropdown, select the desired SNMP version, such as "V3 (username/passwords)."
2. Under "SNMP users," enter the username in the "Username" field. For example, "test."
3. Enter the passphrase in the "Passphrase" field. For instance, "password." Use the "Hide secret" option to conceal the passphrase if needed.
4. To add a new SNMP user, select the "Add an SNMP user" link.
5. In the "Privacy Mode" dropdown, choose the desired encryption method, such as "DES."
So in Domotz you have to enter the following:
Edit SNMP Configuration Settings
1. Select the SNMP version by choosing between options v1, v2, or v3. The current selection is v3.
2. For the user field, enter the username, which is currently set to "test."
3. Choose the authentication type. Options include None, MD5, SHA, SHA-224, SHA-256, SHA-384, and SHA-512. SHA is currently selected.
4. Enter a password in the designated field if required.
5. Select the encryption type. Options include None, DES, AES, AES-256B, and AES-256R. DES is currently selected.
6. Provide a data encryption key in the specified input field.
7. Optionally, check the box to apply these settings as the default and apply them to all existing devices of the current agent.
8. Click "Apply" to save changes or "Cancel" to discard them.
