2 min

We’re back with our September 2025 release notes! We’ve packed this release with features that make troubleshooting and monitoring faster and more powerful. From ticket noise reduction with Event Dependency to a visually improved Network Topology view, you’ll notice improvements in how you manage and understand your environments. Add in new APIs, MIBs, and critical fixes, and you’ve got everything you need to keep your networks performing sharp.

If you have any questions or suggestions, reach out to us at support@domotz.com. Let’s get into what’s new.

New features and integrations

Event Dependency

Managing incident noise is easier than ever with Event Dependency. Available through ConnectWise PSA and HaloPSA, this feature identifies how devices are related and groups tickets accordingly. By bundling child events under their parent, queues stay clearer, and teams can quickly zero in on the real issue without chasing duplicates.

Visually Improved Network Topology

We’ve refreshed Network Topology to give you a more streamlined way to navigate and understand your infrastructure. Devices are now easier to distinguish with color-coding, smarter highlights, and improved status indicators. The new layout and controls provide a smoother, faster, and more modern experience when viewing your network map.

With these updates, you get a more intuitive and visually appealing way to explore your network and device relationships.
