Lorenzo is the Customer Success Manager at Domotz. He's responsible for assisting Domotz users with using the software, guiding them from onboarding their first agent, to an advanced and proficient use of all network monitoring features. Lorenzo holds a master's degree in Cybersecurity, and prior to Domotz, he held roles as an IT director and Research Technology Officer. When Lorenzo is not at Domotz, you can find him in the Tuscan countryside, skiing, or relaxing on his boat in the Tuscan Archipelago.
