Delete my Account

How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, please follow to the Portal > Subscriptions tab and delete any agent you may have configured (just click on Edit next to each agent and Delete).

If some of the agents is still online, before deleting it, first disconnect or uninstall them from the host.

Once your account has no more agents configured, contact our support at support@domotz.com stating that you want to delete your account and any personal information. We will proceed as requested.

If possible, in order to help us providing a better service, please let us know your reasons for deleting the account. We would like to receive your feedback with suggestions for improvement.
