New features and integrations
Updated Devices List for Location Plans
Last month, we debuted an updated Devices List for customers on location-based plans along with new filters to provide you with better visibility and control over the networks you manage. In case you missed our last update, here’s a quick recap:
- Device Row Enhancements: The device list was enriched with new icons that show when devices are plugged into a switch. The device vendor is now displayed in full, rather than in a simplified form.
- New Counters Overview: We have added the following counters to the device list in addition to the previously displayed All Devices, Online, and Offline. Clicking on any of the counters removes existing filters and automatically applies a filter for those devices.
- Important: Displays important devices.
- Important Online: Displays important devices that are online.
- Important Offline: Displays important devices that are offline.
- Sorting and Grouping: A new sort by Last Added option has been added, allowing you to sort by discovery time.
- Searching: Upon opening the Device List, the search bar is now automatically in focus. This reduces the need for extra clicks. We also removed inline highlighting of search words.
- Filter Enhancements
- New Device Type Filter: Users can now filter by Device Type and select multiple device types.
- Improved Multi-Filtering: Users can apply multiple filters simultaneously for more advanced, customized results.
- New Filter Bar: A new filter bar displays all active filters clearly. Users can remove individual filters or reset all filters from this bar.
- Persistent Filters: Applied filters will persist across application navigation, logout, and refresh. The last applied filters will remain when accessing the device list. The filters can be reset to return to the default state.

Domotz Collector Updates
Improvements to the Initial Discovery Process
We’ve made deploying the Domotz Collector even easier by allowing you to fine-tune and select which device types are recognized as Managed Devices during the initial discovery process. This update will help you efficiently manage the devices that matter most while providing clearer guidance on what qualifies as a Managed Device.
