Our June 2025 release expands scripting capabilities, improves device filtering options, and introduces multiple stability and performance fixes across the Domotz platform. With added configuration backup scripts, new device types and Public API capabilities, and updates to the Sites Explorer, this release delivers more control and greater flexibility for managing your networks.
Updates to the Network Collector across versions include scanning reliability, new filters, and other improvements. We’ve also introduced support for new MIBs and resolved a wide range of bugs related to device views, integrations, and collector settings.
Additionally, Domotz is announcing the upcoming deprecation of the Device Blocking feature in the Violet App for Domotz Box users, scheduled for October 1, 2025.

Feature Sunsetting
Violet App – Device Blocking Deprecation
The Device Blocking feature within the Violet Customer Support App will be deprecated starting October 1, 2025. This affects residential users utilizing Domotz Boxes or the Domotz Public Snap package.
This change is due to the underlying third-party technology reaching end-of-life and no longer meeting modern security and compliance standards.
What to expect:
- Feature will remain active on Luxul routers and other supported platforms.
- Affected users will see in-app notices advising that “Remote Management capabilities may vary depending on your system.”
- After removal, the feature will be clearly marked as no longer supported.
